Refunds are not accepted under any circumstances, however, customers may receive up to 30% store credit on their next purchase.
Shipping Duration
Shipping and processing time for each order varies on the item. Typically, orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and shipped between 2-5 business days. For custom inquires, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. There may be an extended wait time depending on factors including holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Fee
There is a standard $5 shipping fee on all orders.
Product Warranty
All products have a 30-day warranty. If for any reason the product breaks within this time frame, you must contact us showing proof of the broken item with an image attached.
